VILLA DESCRIPTION
This five-bedroom contemporary oasis is a spacious, elegant villa set in a tropical retreat just 700m from white sand beaches and national park; 10 mins drive to the coolest cafes and restaurants, boutique shops and supermarkets of Boat Avenue; 5 minutes to golf club, spa and tennis courts and 20 mins from the airport.
Set in a luscious gated estate hidden amongst a canopy of palm trees and tropical gardens – with emphasis on privacy, the vibe is contemporary zen. We will offer you our crewed speedboat at a discounted price.
The living space covers 860sqm on a 2,100 sqm plot. The open plan kitchen with white leather bar stools around a large island, the spacious dining room with stand alone piano and the living room with oversized couches all have opening glass doors leading onto a beautiful lawn, a 20m marbled infinity swimming pool with oversized flower-filled pots and a spacious garden. Undercover terraces and cushion filled sala make the space perfect for entertaining, relaxing with a book or yoga in the shade.
Kids love the oversized trampoline, table tennis table, rope swing and movie room. Loads of games are available for hours of fun.
Sunset through the fan palm trees is spectacular, especially with a glass in your hand, all the doors open to the garden, some chilled tunes playing and – when the tide is high – the sound of the sea beyond.

The Staff
One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised service provided by dedicated staff. Villa O’s staff has been professionally trained and they will do their utmost to please, serving with warmth and friendly Thai hospitality.
Villa Manager
Villa O’s friendly manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. Her job is to oversee and coordinate the staff and property and to assist guests during their stay.
Chef
The villa’s skilled private chef specialises in Thai cuisine but will happily prepare western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s dishes and do her best to accommodate special requests and dietary requirements.
Villa Attendants
Villa attendants look after daily housekeeping and domestic duties.
Garden and Pool
Layan estate villa staffs look after the villa’s lush gardens and swimming pool.
